Continuing Care Program

Upon completion of the ninety-day program, clients join the Eden house halfway house Parklands where the client is allowed to access their normal daily lives which may include going back to work, college or voluntary service. The team helps in setting and monitoring a daily structure and support systems. Other than the core-functions, Management helps clients access: Weekly objective setting and reviews Self-supporting life skills and duties Daily focus group session on pertinent reintegration issues. Individual money management skills Career development skills.
